Tucson Police Department Forfeiture Program

This contract is for the management and sale of seized and forfeited property, including vehicles and personal property, for the City of Tucson Police Department. The contractor will provide services such as storage, transportation, and security for the property, as well as conduct sales and auctions to dispose of the property. The contract has a term of 7 years, with the option to renew. The contractor will be paid a commission on the sales of the property, and will also be responsible for expenses such as towing, storage, and advertising.
