AISD Billboard Lease

The Amarillo Independent School District is seeking to enter into a lease agreement with a qualified lessee to acquire the rights to erect and maintain billboards on District-owned property along Interstate 40 in Amarillo, TX. The selected lessee will be required to enter into a lease agreement and adhere to its terms, including the payment of rent. The contract was awarded to Burkett Outdoor Advertising LP as the highest evaluated offeror.
