Description
The City of Richland, Washington issued a solicitation for the development of the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. The plan is in accordance with Federal laws and regulations described in 24 CFR, Part 92, CPD Notice 21-10 and Waivers and Alternative Requirements for Implementation of the HOME American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Program. The City of Richland assures that no person shall be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any City sponsored program or activity.
