105.24.B7 Hearing Examiner Services

The Howard County Public School System has awarded a contract for Hearing Examiner Services to Nussbaum Law, LLC and The Chandler Law Firm, LLC. The contract is for a period of three years, from July 11, 2024, to July 10, 2027, with an option to renew for an additional two years. The contract is for an amount not to exceed $75,000 annually and $375,000 over the term of the contract. The contractors will provide hearing examiner services, including holding hearings and writing findings of facts and conclusions of law, as necessary.
