T&M Contract Construction Repairs & Renovations

The University of Akron has awarded a T&M contract for construction repairs and renovations to Apollo Construction (Primary), Feghali Brothers, LLC (Secondary), and Cavanaugh Building Corporation (Third). The contract has a term of one year, with the option to renew for three additional years. The scope of work includes construction repairs and renovations, and the contractors will be paid based on their proposed rates. The University of Akron reserves the right to extend the contract for up to 120 days past the normal expiration date.
