This contract covers the complete design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a municipal lighting and surveillance camera system for Plamann Park in Appleton, WI. The scope includes roadway, parking‑lot, and pathway lighting fixtures, associated control cabinets, concrete foundations, underground HDPE conduit, fiber‑optic distribution for camera feeds, and two alternate lighting‑control options (hard‑wired and advanced networked controls). The project also requires compliance with WisDOT 2025 specifications, 2017 NEC, and extensive testing and warranty provisions for the fiber‑optic system. • 45 roadway, 27 parking‑lot, and 39 pathway luminaires plus associated poles, bases, and control cabinets. • Fiber‑optic cabling to three camera‑feed locations (Park Office, Lake House, Pavilion) with a minimum of 468 splices across 29 cabinets (per Addendum 2). • Two optional control‑system alternates (hard‑wired vs. advanced) and required Panduit‑registered installers for the PDS. • All work must begin within 10 calendar days of the engineer’s notice to proceed and be substantially completed by 15 Nov 2025 (final completion 25 Nov 2025).
