Description
The County of Kauai is seeking construction management services for the Puhi Road Rehabilitation Phase II project. The project is funded through a grant from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and has an estimated construction cost of $7.5 million to $8.5 million. The contract will be a project-specific contract, paid under the time and material payment method. The contractor will provide construction management and construction quality assurance services to ensure that the construction is performed in compliance with construction and related environmental requirements.
• The project is expected to start in May 2023 and end in April 2025.
• The contractor will be required to submit a Contractor’s Certificate of Compliance for Final Payment.
• The contract amount shall not exceed $650,000.00.
• The contract is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the contract document.
