Courtney Bend Water Plant Elevated Tower Inspection

The City of Independence, Missouri Water Department invited bids for the inspection of two elevated water storage reservoir structures. The contract includes the cleanout and inspection of the Dodgion Street Water Tower and the North Main Street Water Tower, as well as the stabilizing and tightening of tower support cables. The contract was awarded to Underwater Solutions Inc. for a total price of $17,285.00. The scope of work includes providing all labor, equipment, services, and materials required for the performance of the cleanout and inspection of the water towers. • Cleanout and inspection of the Dodgion Street Water Tower • Cleanout and inspection of the North Main Street Water Tower • Stabilizing and tightening of tower support cables • Hourly rate for providing all workmanship, equipment, services, and materials as may be required for cleanout of reservoir structures via underwater vacuum or similar method while they remain in full operational state
