EMERGENCY GENERATORS - MAINTENANCE & REPAIR

The City of Palm Bay is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the maintenance and repair of generators. The awarded contractor will provide quarterly and annual routine maintenance inspections, service, and repairs, as well as emergency repairs, for all generators detailed in the proposal exhibits. The contract is anticipated to begin on January 1, 2011, and will cover 51 generators located throughout the city. The key aspects of the contract include: • Maintenance and repair of generators • Quarterly and annual routine maintenance inspections • Emergency repairs • Service and repair of associated components, excluding fuel storage tanks • Coverage of 51 generators located throughout the city • Anticipated start date of January 1, 2011
