RFP for IT Services

The City of Angels is soliciting proposals from qualified professional vendors for Information Technology support services. The vendor will maintain and improve information technology effectiveness, enhance the quality of services, minimize downtime and support costs, ensure the security of data, and maximize return on investment in IT. The City does not have a professional IT staff, and the vendor will work in conjunction with the City Administrator. Some of the key services that will be provided include description of support services, familiarity with municipal governments, costs of services, experience and personnel experience, understanding of the City's needs and services, compatibility with end-users and City staff needs, satisfaction of clients/end users, and availability.
