CMAR for Fire Stations

The Flagler County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for the Flagler County Fire Rescue Fire Stations. The CMAR will work with the County's selected Architectural and Engineering firm to design and construct two fire stations, one approximately 10,000 sq. ft. and the other a 19,000 sq. ft. combined fire administration and fire station. The facilities will be designed to accommodate fire rescue and emergency medical services operations, personnel, supporting staff, publicly accessed areas, and other necessary spaces.
