On-Call Operations Support for Water, WW and Recycled Water

The City of Oxnard issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for on-call operations support services for water, wastewater, and recycled water. The contract was awarded to Operational Technical Services, LLC. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed volume of work.
