Scheduling Software Solution RFP

The College of Charleston is seeking to purchase a Scheduling Software Solution that will standardize the scheduling of spaces among departments on campus. The solution will utilize data from the campus's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP Ellucian Banner 9) and the student event scheduling system (Campus Labs/Anthology). The contract has a start date of September 2022 and an end date of July 2023. The agency is seeking a vendor that can provide a solution that meets the requirements outlined in the solicitation.
