UGA Armored Car Services

The University of Georgia is seeking armored car services for deposit pick-up and change delivery. The contract has an initial term of one year with four one-year options to renew. The successful vendor, Brink's Inc, will provide armored car services to the University of Georgia. The contract includes requirements for insurance, sales and use tax compliance, and customer service. The University of Georgia reserves the right to contact references and to negotiate the contract terms. • The contract requires the vendor to provide lease and/or purchase agreements for cash safes, web access for real-time reporting and balancing, and transportation of deposits and change orders to/from Wells Fargo and Synovus bank cash vaults in Atlanta, GA. • The vendor must also provide a dedicated relationship manager, online services for real-time tracking of deposits and deliveries, and customer service support. • The contract includes a quality assurance program and productivity monitoring practices. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security, safety, and employment.
