UGA MSTC - Meat Vacuum Packaging Machine

The University of Georgia Meat Science Technology Center (MSTC) is seeking a Vacuum Packaging Machine for ready-to-eat meat products. The machine should have specific features such as head removal or slide tray not necessary for changing of the forming head, pneumatically controlled post lift, and double door electrical panel access. The contract is for a single award, and the payment terms are Net 30 Days from receipt of a properly submitted invoice. • The contract requires the vendor to meet all specifications outlined in the bid specifications. • The vendor should upload the following documents to be considered for award: Quote, Tax Compliance Form, and Vendor Profile Form (if not already a registered University of Georgia supplier). • The University of Georgia encourages all companies to sub-contract portions of any state contract to small and minority business enterprises. • The contract has a requirement for the vendor to be tax compliant and to have uploaded the Tax Compliance Form. • The contract also has requirements for the vendor to agree to all terms, conditions, and contract terms contained within the solicitation.
