Architectural & Interior Design Services ITQ (Please Contact Procurement Before Using)

This contract is a professional services agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and Buchart Horn Inc for architectural and interior design services. The agreement is for a term of two years, with the option to extend for up to two successive periods of one year each. The contract includes provisions for work orders, compensation, and termination. The City of Pittsburgh reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon ten days' written notice to Buchart Horn Inc. Buchart Horn Inc is responsible for providing professional services, including project-specific proposals, planning and programming studies, and design and construction documentation. The company must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to minority business enterprise and women's business enterprise participation. • The contract includes a scope of work that outlines the services to be provided by Buchart Horn Inc. • The agreement includes provisions for compensation, including a maximum annual compensation of $2,500,000. • The contract includes provisions for termination, including the City's right to terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause. • The agreement includes provisions for dispute resolution, including the use of arbitration. • The contract includes provisions for insurance, including the requirement that Buchart Horn Inc maintain professional liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance.
