Description
This contract is for landscape maintenance services at Parks Operation Facility, Beeman Park, and Interlaken Park. The contract has a term of 2 years, with the option to renew for an additional 1 year. The total amount to be paid by the COUNTY under this Contract for services shall not exceed $11,700. The CONTRACTOR shall maintain on a primary basis and at its sole expense, at all times throughout the duration of this contract, the following types of insurance coverage: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Pesticide Herbicide Application Liability. The CONTRACTOR shall also comply with all applicable Federal and State laws, municipal and County ordinances.
