P-16015 Architecture & Engineering Services

This contract is a Master Independent Contractor Agreement for Architecture and Engineering Services between the Chicago Park District and SMT Architects, PC. The contract is for a term of one year, with options to extend for up to three additional one-year terms. The vendor will provide architecture and engineering services to the Park District on a project-by-project basis. The contract includes provisions for indemnification, insurance, and termination.
