Window Washing Services for Dining Facilities

The College of Charleston is seeking a contractor to provide window washing services for its dining facilities. The contract has an estimated value of $42,975.00. • The contractor will be required to provide window washing services for multiple locations on campus, including Einstein Brothers Bagels, City Bistro Food Court, Chick-Fil-A Express, and others. • The contractor will be required to provide a description of their background, experience, and stability, as well as references from at least three current customers. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, taxation, and environmental protection. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and to maintain adequate insurance coverage throughout the term of the contract.
