Printing services

This contract is for printing services to be provided by Ray Buse Printing & Advertising, Inc. dba Buse Printing to the Town of Fountain Hills. The contract is for a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to four successive one-year terms. The scope of work includes the manufacture and installation of printing services, including general printing, business cards, and other related services. The contract has a maximum value of $50,000. Key points of the contract include: • The Town may terminate the contract at any time without cause, upon written notice to the Vendor. • The Vendor shall maintain insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, auto liability, and workers' compensation insurance. • The Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the Vendor's performance under the contract. • The contract is subject to the laws of the State of Arizona and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
