RFP #2024-049 Property Cleanup, Tree Trimming & Debris Removal Services

The North Central Texas Council of Governments issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) #2024-049 for Property Cleanup, Tree Trimming & Debris Removal Services. The contract aims to provide municipalities, counties, school districts, and other governmental agencies with assistance in removal of tree debris after a weather event, mowing and cleaning lots, and trimming of trees, along with ancillary services. The contract was awarded to Jecker Field Services for categories 1-3 and West Coast Arborists, Inc. for categories 2-4. The services include property cleaning and mowing, tree trimming and tree care by certified arborist, emergency removal of storm downed trees and limbs, and other ancillary services. • The contract is available for use by members of the TXShare cooperative purchasing program. • The proposals were evaluated by a committee, and the Evaluation Committee recommended contracts be awarded to the selected vendors. • The contract is expected to be awarded on June 27th. • The services will be provided to various governmental agencies in Texas.
