Craig Catering Grease Trap Removal & Installation

The College of Charleston, Procurement & Supply Services department, intends to award a contract for the removal and installation of a grease trap at Craig Catering. The contract was awarded to Top Choice Plumbing, LLC, with an evaluated amount of $251,000.00 NTE. The contract is expected to be completed by December 27, 2024. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of the grease trap, running pipe to the kitchen on the inlet side, and from the outlet side near the sidewalk. • The contract was solicited through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) process. • The contract is subject to the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code. • The College of Charleston reserves the right to protest the award of the contract.
