Interlocal Agreement, Prosper Closed Pod MOU Agreement

This contract is an Interlocal Agreement between Collin County, Texas, and Prosper Independent School District (Prosper ISD) for the establishment of a Closed Point of Dispensing (POD) site. The agreement allows Prosper ISD to conduct mass dispensing operations using a Closed POD model in the event of a public health emergency. The contract outlines the responsibilities of both parties, including the provision of medical countermeasures, site screening, and training. The agreement is effective indefinitely and can be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. • The contract is for a Closed POD site to dispense medical countermeasures to Prosper ISD employees and family members. • Collin County will provide medical countermeasures, site screening, and training to Prosper ISD. • Prosper ISD will provide a Closed POD site location, staff, and equipment for dispensing medical countermeasures. • The contract can be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.
