Security Locks and Related Hardware and Locksmith Services - COOP

The County of Bergen has awarded a contract for security locks and related hardware and locksmith services to five vendors, including Craftmaster Hardware Company, Firstline Locksmith, LLC, R.D. Sales Door and Hardware, LLC, E.A. Waetjen, Inc, and Oakland Resources, Inc DBA Oakland Ace Hardware. The contract is for a 24-month period, with a total value not to exceed $228,000.00. The contract includes locksmith services, but these are not mandated and will only be provided as needed. The vendors will provide security locks and hardware installation and repair services to various Bergen County agencies, including the Department of Public Works, Department of Parks and Recreation, and the Bergen County Sheriff's Office. • The contract is an open-ended contract, with the County of Bergen not obligated to order or pay for goods and services except when ordered. • The contract includes a 12-month renewal option. • The vendors were selected based on the lowest responsible bid. • The contract is subject to compliance with the Affirmative Action Regulations of the State of New Jersey and requirements of Public Law 1975, Chapter 127, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
