Public Safety Communications Network Consultant

The purpose of this contract is to establish a professional consulting firm to assist Flagler County with the needs assessment, design, procurement, implementation, and cutover of an Association of Public Communications Officials (APCO) Project 25 (P25) Phase 2 trunked radio solution. The scope of work includes replacing the county's existing Harris EDACS five (5) site, 8 channel, 6 console, trunked system with a new system that improves reliability, interoperability, capacity, and performance.
