Gentry Building Loading Dock - Stairs and Railing

The contract is for the renovation and upgrades of the Gentry Building loading dock at Eastern Kentucky University. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the complete construction, including demolition of existing metal stairs, installation of new concrete wing stairs with landings, and installation of a rail system. The contract has a substantial completion date of 60 days after receipt of the purchase order and a final completion date of 90 days after receipt of the purchase order.
