Description
The City of Tucson has awarded a contract to Thermo Electron North America LLC for the purchase and extended warranty of a replacement Ion Chromatograph (IC) Laboratory Instrument. The contract includes the provision of a service plan for the existing ICS-1600 Ion Chromatography System and AS-DV Autosampler. The contract has a term of one year, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The total payments under the contract shall not exceed $100,000.00. The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination. The vendor is required to provide support services, including maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts, and to provide training to the City's personnel.
