Architectural & Interior Design Services ITQ (Please Contact Procurement Before Using)

This contract is for professional architectural and interior design services to be provided by ms consultants inc to the City of Pittsburgh. The contract has a term of two years, with the option to extend for two successive one-year periods. The scope of work includes project-specific professional service proposals, planning/programming studies, feasibility and use studies, and other tasks as required for projects. The contract also includes provisions for compensation, termination, and indemnification. The City of Pittsburgh has the right to terminate the contract at any time without cause or liability, and the consultant is required to indemnify the City against any losses or damages arising from the performance of the work. • The contract has a maximum annual compensation limit of $2,500,000. • The consultant is required to carry insurance, including professional liability, workers' compensation, and commercial general liability. • The contract includes provisions for minority business enterprise (MBE), women's business enterprise (WBE), and veteran-owned business (VOB) participation. • The consultant is required to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations. • The contract includes provisions for audit rights, amendment, and waiver. • The City of Pittsburgh has the right to change its template forms and internal procedures with respect to invoicing, work orders, and other documents.
