Lake Aeration Inspections, Maintenance, and Repairs

The City of Orlando is seeking a contractor to provide lake aeration system inspections, maintenance, and repairs for a period of three years, with the option to renew for two additional years. The contractor will be responsible for performing quarterly inspections, maintenance, and repairs, as well as providing a detailed report of the work performed. The contractor must have at least five years of experience in performing similar work and must be licensed by the State of Florida. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest total bid. • The contractor will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the lake aeration systems, including performing quarterly inspections and providing a detailed report of the work performed. • The contractor will be required to respond to service requests within 48 hours and complete work in an expeditious manner. • The contractor must have a local service facility and provide a local representative for service and technical assistance on an as-needed basis. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and a business license issued by the State of Florida. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations.
