Landscape and Turf Maintenance

The City of Independence, Missouri, is seeking a contractor to provide landscape and turf maintenance services. The City reserves the right to make multiple awards. • The contract includes various items such as US 24 & Bess Truman Pkwy-regular seasonal work, Bess Truman Pkwy-regular seasonal work, and Adventure Oasis Water Park-regular seasonal work. • The contractor will be required to provide formal insurance. • The City will provide a scope of work document that outlines the specific requirements and expectations for the contractor. • The contractor will be required to submit a bid that includes pricing for each item listed in the scope of work document.
