Building Soft Wash - Mobile Museum of Art

This contract provides for the soft‑wash cleaning of the Mobile Museum of Art’s exterior, including columns, walls, ledges, handrails, patio areas, sidewalks, and the circular drive round‑about. The work must be performed by qualified technicians, adhere to strict environmental controls (no discharge to storm drains, compliance with the Clean Water Act and state water regulations), and use non‑hazardous cleaning agents. The base service consists of one annual cleaning in July 2019, with an optional additional cleaning in January 2020. The contractor must submit proof of E‑Verify enrollment, maintain $1 million minimum liability coverage, and be registered in the City’s vendor portal. The contract term for the base service is 15 days from the Notice to Proceed; the optional service extends the term to 180 days.
