Mental Health Certification Review Hearing Officer

The County of Fresno, on behalf of the Department of Behavioral Health, is requesting a quotation for the services of a Mental Health Certification Review Hearing Officer to provide services to mental health clients. The primary function of the Certification Review Hearing Officer is to conduct mandated hearings for clients involuntarily detained due to a grave mental disability and/or present danger to themselves or others. The contract has a term of 5 years, with rates per first in-person certification review hearing, subsequent in-person certification review hearings on the same day, first virtual certification review hearing, and subsequent virtual certification review hearings on the same day. • The contract has a term of 5 years • The rates for the services are specified in the contract document • The vendor is required to provide services to mental health clients • The primary function of the Certification Review Hearing Officer is to conduct mandated hearings • The contract is for the provision of services, not for the purchase of goods
