2023 Jail and Southwest Idaho Juvenile Detention Center Food and Commissary Services (RFP)

This contract provides full‑service food preparation, delivery, and commissary retail operations for the Canyon County Jail and the Southwest Idaho Juvenile Detention Center. The awardee must supply three daily meals (including special‑diet options) for both facilities, manage an off‑site commissary catalog with a 35 % commission to the County, and may install up to $200 K of kitchen equipment. The contract runs for one year with the possibility of four one‑year extensions.
