General Appraisal Services

The Ocean County Board of Commissioners has awarded a contract for general appraisal services to three vendors: Henry J. Mancini & Associates, Integra Realty Resources - Coastal NJ, and New Jersey Realty Advisory Group, LLC. The contract is for a period of one year, from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. The vendors will provide professional appraisal services, including testifying as expert witnesses in county condemnation matters and performing other appraisal work as needed. The contract has a maximum value of $800,000. • The contract was awarded through a Request for Qualifications process, with the vendors evaluated by the Ocean County Consultant Selection Review Committee. • The services to be performed are specialized and qualitative in nature, requiring expertise, extensive training, and a proven reputation in the field of appraisal. • The contract is subject to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5. • A certified copy of the contract and the resolution authorizing its award will be available for public inspection at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners.
