EXTENDED MAINTENANCE RENEWALS (FOR DELL SERVERS)

The County of Hawaii issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for extended maintenance renewals for various Dell servers. The contract was awarded to NCE Computer Group. The scope of work includes providing extended maintenance renewals for multiple Dell PowerEdge servers and a Dell PowerVault NX3100 server. The contract period is from the expiration of the previous service contract to 6/30/17 for each item. The contract requires the vendor to provide next business day onsite support and ProSupport technical support for some of the servers. • The contract includes multiple items, each with a specific server model and service tag. • The vendor must provide extended maintenance renewals for the specified period. • The contract requires the vendor to provide next business day onsite support and ProSupport technical support for some of the servers. • The contract includes reinstatement fees for some of the servers, if applicable. • The vendor must meet the specifications for backdating the maintenance, as Curvature was deemed non-responsive for not meeting this requirement.
