S2 Cognition

This contract is for the provision of Cognitive Performance Assessments (CPAs) for law enforcement candidates during the Tucson Police Department's Training Academy. S2 Cognition, Inc. will conduct on-site assessments, provide post-assessment review and consultation, and supply necessary equipment. The contract has a term of one year with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The City of Tucson will pay S2 Cognition, Inc. a fee of $5,500 for each academy class where they administer testing. Key aspects of the contract include: • On-site Cognitive Performance Assessments for up to 60 candidates per academy class • Post-assessment review and consultation via Zoom or in-person • Provision of necessary equipment for conducting assessments • Report generation and ongoing consultation on interpretation and application of assessment results • Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
