Architect Services for Nursing Residence Electrical Upgrade & Remodel - Wyoming Retirement Center - Wyo Dept of Health

The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking architect services for the Nursing Residence Electrical Upgrade and Remodel project at the Wyoming Retirement Center. The project includes a full electrical upgrade, wall repair and painting, carpet flooring replacement, and replacement of basement windows. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing construction documents, bid package preparation, procurement and bidding assistance, construction administration, closeout, and warranty. The contract was awarded to Plan One Architects.
