User Fee Study & Fine and Penalty Assessment

The City of Oxnard is seeking a professional firm to review and update existing user fees and identify new fees to ensure the city recovers actual costs incurred for fee-related services. The firm will also conduct a fine and penalty assessment to evaluate and recommend changes to the city's fine structure and amounts.
