Vantage Highway Pathway - Phase 2

The City of Richland has awarded a contract for the Vantage Highway Pathway - Phase 2 project. The project includes construction of a new, separated HMA multi-use pathway, curb and gutter, sidewalk, illumination, storm drainage work, HMA roadway paving, permanent signing and channelization, and other work.
