Description
Salisbury University is procuring a full replacement of Boiler #1 in the Academic Commons building. The contractor must disconnect, remove, and dispose of the existing 3300 MBH natural‑gas condensing boiler, install a new 3300 MBH Lochinvar condensing boiler, integrate controls with the existing Building Management System, provide new electrical feeders, install a new flue, and perform water‑system testing and balancing for the new boiler, existing boiler, and existing boiler pumps.
