One Montgomery Plaza Reskin Project - HVAC Construction (MC)

This contract is for the replacement of the vertical facade and repairs to the roof of One Montgomery Plaza, which will be accomplished in phases while allowing for continuous occupancy of the building. The work includes preparation of certain swing spaces and phase work areas to accommodate the temporary relocation of tenants and facilitate protection of the building and its tenants.
