Kellogg Building Remodeling/Renovation and Expansion, Research and Teaching Facility - CM Services

The contract is for the design and remodeling/renovation of the Kellogg Research Building (KRB) for the College of Criminology on the main campus of Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. The project includes the creation of a collaborative and transformative learning environment with new spaces for teaching, learning, research, administration, and ancillary spaces. The project is expected to be delivered in four phases in accordance with available funding, and sustainable design/construction practices, including LEED documentation, will be required. • The project consists of the design and remodeling/renovation to approximately 25,750 gsf and new construction of approximately 18,050 gsf. • The project is expected to be delivered in four phases in accordance with available funding. • Sustainable design/construction practices, including LEED documentation, will be required. • Blanket professional liability insurance for this project in the amount of $2,000,000 must be provided as a part of Basic Services.
