Description
The contract is for the replacement of four dance floors in Lockhart Arena rooms 152, 153a, 153c, and 154 by a licensed general contractor. The contractor must subcontract a certified flooring company and supply UVU with a subcontractors' bid list. The project includes the removal of the existing floors, the installation of new floors, and the provision of a '6 Roll' storage cart for the roll-out vinyl performance floor and a millwork storage cabinet to match existing open storage millwork. The contract will be awarded to the bidder whose bid is determined to be the lowest cost and meets all requirements and specifications.
