This contract provides a two‑year (Oct 2024‑Oct 2026) maintenance, repair, and parts service for the Worcester Public Schools’ snow‑removal fleet (163 snow‑throwers, 21 plows, 13 sanders). The City will award the work to a primary vendor (Parker Power Equipment) and a secondary vendor (Clean Rides) with the secondary only called upon if the primary fails to meet timeliness requirements. Services include routine mechanical work, parts replacement (parts charged at 10 % over cost plus up to 5 % shop‑supply), and a one‑year warranty on labor and materials. Turn‑around times are 40‑45 days (or by Dec 1 each year) for snow‑throwers and 10‑15 days for plows/sanders.
