P-16015 Architecture & Engineering Services

The Chicago Park District has established a pool of pre-qualified responsible firms to provide architecture and engineering services. The contract has a one-year initial term with up to three one-year extension options. The contractor will provide services as needed, and the contract value will be determined on a project-by-project basis. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Chicago Park District policies, including those related to MBE/WBE participation and sustainability.
