DC POWER & BATTERY PLANT MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The County of Sacramento is seeking a vendor to provide DC Power & Battery Plant Maintenance Services. The contract involves the maintenance, installation, and servicing of direct current (DC) 48-volt battery plants, DC wiring and conduit, and associated Alternating Current (AC) tasks. The vendor must have experience in AC, DC, and DC systems installations, as well as certifications for DC-related work. The contract will be awarded based on a combination of factors, including price, qualifications, experience, and ability to support locally. • The contract requires the vendor to have a backup 48-volt DC battery bank and charger that can be brought to the County's communication sites in the event of a system failure. • The vendor must have experience in DC wiring between equipment racks, equipment, and DC circuit breakers. • The vendor must provide hourly rates for regular business hours and rates for non-business hours, including weekends and holidays. • The contract has a total score of 100%, with 30% assigned to backups and 24/7 support, 25% to qualifications and experience, 20% to ability to support locally, and 25% to total cost.
