MINOR TUCKPOINTING – CHIMNEY

This contract is for the minor tuckpointing of the chimney at Avondale Academy, which includes patching, repairing, cleaning, removing, and replacing bricks, as well as pressure washing and sealing certain masonry surfaces. The contract also includes an allowance for unforeseen work to the capstone. The scope of work includes installing one coat of Enviroseal Double 7 Brick Water Repellent on all masonry of all chimney elevations.
