Lawn Care Services for Fort Harrison, Helena, MT

The State of Montana, State Procurement Bureau, on behalf of the Department of Military Affairs, CFMO, is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Lawn Care Services, Fort Harrison, Helena, MT. The contractor will be required to perform mowing services on approximately 1,669,214 square feet (38.32 acres) of irrigated lawn at Fort Harrison. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to complete the work. • The contractor will be required to mow the lawn on a weekly basis, with some areas being mowed bi-weekly. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed cost sheet with their bid. • The contractor will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid walk-through. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance. • The contractor will be required to provide a performance bond.
