P-16015 Architecture & Engineering Services

This contract is for architecture and engineering services provided by Eifler & Associates, Inc. to the Chicago Park District. The contract was initially for a period of one year, with the possibility of up to three additional one-year extensions. The contractor is required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, and to provide experienced personnel to carry out the services in a timely fashion. The contract also includes provisions for indemnification, insurance, and termination. • The contract is a Master Independent Contractor Agreement for Architecture and Engineering Services. • The contractor is required to perform under the contract as an independent contractor and not as a representative, employee, agent, or partner of the Park District. • The contract includes provisions for notices, requests, and documents to be sent to the addresses and persons set forth in the contract. • The contract is governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Illinois. • The contractor is required to keep in force, to the satisfaction of the Park District, all insurance required by the RFQ.
