Tanks, Storage equipment maintenance and repair

The contract is for the maintenance and repair of tanks, storage equipment, and other related services. The contractor, CROM Coatings and Restorations, a Division of CROM, LLC, will provide routine preventative maintenance, removal of bio growth, deposit, sludge, inspections, reports, and corrective maintenance. The contract has a term of 2 years, with an option to renew. The total amount paid to the contractor shall not exceed $2,630,400. The contract includes provisions for payment, indemnification, insurance, and termination. • The contractor will provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, and vehicles necessary for the services. • The contractor will perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections annually, and a preventative maintenance and inspection every 5 years. • The contractor will provide emergency services, including evening, weekend, and holiday service, as necessary. • The contractor will furnish a 24-hour contact telephone number in the event of an emergency. • The contractor will provide first-priority services to the city in the event of a hurricane, flood, or other natural disaster.
